Report the event and upload documentation for the benefits team to review within 30 days of submitting the event in Oracle.

The event is not available to update until the documentation has been approved.

After approval the event is open to make changes to your benefits.

Changes are effective when reported.

Otherwise, elections continue

Elections normally remain in effect for the calendar year unless a qualifying event permits a change. Annual open enrollment typically occurs in November, but actual dates come from enrollment communications.
