If you pick the Healthy Savings Plan
If you pick the Traditional Plan
Health Savings Account (HSA)
$4,500a year, just you
$9,000a year, with any dependents on your plan
Medical, prescriptions, dental and vision. Age 55 or older: add $1,000.
Health Care FSA
$3,400a year
Medical, prescriptions, dental and vision. Also open to you if you waive medical coverage.
Limited Purpose FSA
$3,400a year
Dental and vision only.
No HSA
The HSA comes only with the Healthy Savings Plan.
Either plan, or none
Dependent Care FSA
Childcare up to age 13, or care for elderly parents.
