Covered conditions

Examples include cancer, heart attack, stroke and major organ failure. The benefit schedule pays 100% of the elected benefit for these conditions and 25% for coronary artery bypass, subject to policy definitions and limitations.

Before you decide

This is a limited benefit policy, not health insurance. It does not satisfy the Affordable Care Act minimum-essential-coverage requirement.
