Eligibility conditions

• At least one year of service.
• Eligible within 12 months of finalized adoption, subject to the program requirements.
• Actively employed or on authorized leave at reimbursement.
• When both parents are eligible, the household maximum applies jointly.

Reimbursement limit

Up to $10,000 for eligible expenses per child, per household. Confirm eligible expenses and required documents before applying.
