What the service covers
Physicians and psychologists can diagnose issues and provide a treatment plan over video. Services include care for colds, flu, stomach issues, allergies, sore throat, travel illness, skin and eye issues, pediatric issues, UTIs, yeast infections and some prescription refills.
Important limits
A video visit does not replace an annual in-person primary-care visit. Physicians do not prescribe controlled substances and may decline other treatment or medications based on clinical appropriateness. You need a front-facing camera on a tablet or smartphone.
